Comfy family king suite we booked was recently renovated and had an extra sofa bed - perfect for our crew! The overall vibe here was so friendly and welcoming, felt just like chilling at a relative's house. 🏠

We will definitely visit place next time if passing through. The service is terrific, includes good parking. They serve fab food, have a great selection of options to choose from.

During my stay at the Comfort Inn, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, and even with the extra work they had to do, they maintained a good sense of humor. The breakfast was well-organized and prepared quickly according to my order. it was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations.

An unexpectedly pleasant modern hotel almost exactly half-way between Ottawa and Sault Ste Marie.

This hotel must be the best kept secret on the highway from Ottawa to the Sault.

The room is neat and well-equipped, it comes with sofa bed, jetted tub and a nice view. There is a microwave oven and a fridge.

The room was generously sized and equipped with a microwave and fridge, all situated in a great building with an ideal location.

In our room, we got a cozy queen bed, a handy microwave, and a sweet view 😊.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The breakfast had a variety of options, including bacon, sausages, eggs, waffles, yogurt. The location was convenient, only a short cab ride away from downtown.

The price was slightly high for the area. The pool was small and the temperature was not suitable for swimming.

The rooms were very clean and quiet.

Staff mistakenly rebooked the room and while I was in it someone else opened the door with their key and walked right in. Staff then re-propgrammed the keys and locked me out. I had to get both my keys re-programmed.

It was the best Comfort Inn I ever stayed in. Next time I am going to get the honeymoon suiet. Love it. It broke up a ten hr drive, half way point.

The presence of a pool was a big bonus, especially for the kids, who were entertained and not restless during the weekend.

The coffee, which was a bit watery and not to our liking. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel.
